The next EUCEN Study Visit will take place in Lille (FR), during the 40th EUCEN European Conference (18 November 2010). The theme that will be studied is the validation of non-formal and informal learning in France. How has Validation been integrated in the French system? What do the users (students) of this service think about it? How do the enterprises find validation useful and/or necessary? How has it been implemented in order to create a cross sectoral cooperation?

The Study Visit will have four different workshops and participants will be able to attend two of the slots:

a) Candidates' stories

b) Validation and Human Resources Management -2 companies-

c) Understand the French HE system and the universities' practices

d) The regional dimension: Cross sectoral cooperation
