Organisation and Structure / Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is elected by the General Assembly of eucen to assist carrying out the Association's objectives.The Committee meets normally three times a year, at eucen's Annual European conferences, at eucen's Autumn Seminar and usually once, sometimes twice, between each event. The functions of the Steering Committee are defined in the Statutes, The Committee has full powers to conduct the business of eucen subject to the competence of the General Assembly. The President is the legal representative of eucen and, if necessary, can take decisions and then report them to the appropriated body for ratification. Every full member of the Steering Committee shall have one vote.
