TANDEM project latest news
TANDEM project reached its end co-organising with Chain 5 a Conference on “Work-based Learning”, one of the focus of the project along with the connection between levels 4, 5 and 6 of the European Qualifications Framework.

TANDEM was also presented in Brussels during the second European Vocational Skills Week, on 22 November, by Tamer Atabarut, member of the Steering Commitee of eucen, who delivered a presentation on "How to connect VET and HE: TANDEM and ApprEnt*" in the framework of the parallel session "VET and Professional Higher Education providers".

The word “TANDEM” emphasizes the efficiency of businesses, VET and HE providers working together for high quality VET aligned with regional and global labor market demand to proactively respond to emerging skills shortages.

*ApprEnt is an EU-funded project recently started by eucen, aiming to foster cooperation between HE institutions and SMEs with a view to enhance the offer HE apprenticeships and other forms of work-based learning.
