Visit the "About" section, read it and download the form to request joining one or more groups and send your form to ecops@eucen.eu 

Once your membership to eucen is confirmed, you will be given access to use the blog: you will be allowed to upload posts and make comments to other posts. 

And remember: these eCoP groups are exclusively for eucen members!
