We received requests from several universities to extend the deadline of
the call for contributions. We complied with these requests and extend the deadline
to March 1st 2023! This to allow you extra time
to submit your expert contribution in order to share with your colleagues from all of Europe!
Different types of contributions are requested, such as evidence based examples of successful university continuing education (UCE), as well as, best practices for facilitating UCE within universities. This call for contributions is geared towards researchers, practitioners and teachers, both individuals and organizations.
Consequently, we are looking for three categories of contributions:
1.
Research papers including conceptual or empirical work on the topic of the conference; papers will be presented in 20 minutes time slots.
2.
Testing ground laboratories where participants can experience concrete innovative UCE/ULLL practices, formats and didactics. The laboratories will have 90 minutes (including an evaluation and reflection part).
3. Short papers on
Organisational and administrative innovations in domains as UCE-leadership, embedding UCE in university primary processes, improving the quality and professionalization of UCE and UCE teachers, connecting academia and society et cetera; short papers will be presented in 20 minutes time slots.

register before April 16th, you will receive an early bird discount!
The conference is held from
May 31st until June 2nd 2023. The first keynote speakers are already confirmed, including
Joost Korte, Director-General, European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL), and
Hester Bijl, Rector Magnificus Leiden University and Chairman of the National LLO-Catalyst.
