The BEQUEL project was launched with the aim of supporting VET institutions in their implementation of e-learning, identifying best practices and helping institutions in quality assuring their provision. To this end, the project consortium has developed an online benchmarking tool which allows VET institutions to self-assess their progress in a number of different areas related to e-learning in VET. The tool provides a comprehensive evaluation of the institution’s practice, and shows how it compares with other similar institutions, both in the same country and beyond.
