ApprEnt project online consultation | 14 May 16:00 CET
Next Tuesday, 14 May at 16:00CET we are pleased to invite you to the online consultation that the ApprEnt project is organising.

ApprEnt aims to promote work-based learning and apprenticeship schemes in the context of improved partnerships between companies and HEIs by, thus addressing the challenges of high youth unemployment and the shortage of skills required by employers. The project has:

- adopted a common definition of HE apprenticeship
- carried out a SWOT analysis of the relations HEIs-companies in relation to apprenticeship schemes
- launched national focus groups discussions involving key stakeholders (universities, companies, public bodies, etc.)
- done a transversal analysis of 32 case studies collected as examples of best practices of HE apprenticeships and WBL schemes
- drafted a prototype course for training HE staff and SME supervisors of apprentices

The online consultation organised on Tuesday, 14 May is meant to present and discuss with participants the draft Policy paper and Recommendations for a global European Higher Education apprenticeship prepared by the consortium. Attached is the programme of the activity.
