The European Civil Society Platform on LLL (EUCIS-LLL) is organising its Lifelong Learning Conference in Barcelona 14 April 2010. This event will gather actors coming from the various sectors of education and training.

The conference will have a message from Androulla VASSILIOU, European Commissioner for Education and Culture and keynote speakers like Professor Ramon Flecha (University of Barcelona).

The four thematic workshops available during this event will be:

1. Active ageing and intergenerational solidarity, innovative partnerships for inclusive societies
2. Social innovation in LLL: new ways to provide new skills for new societies
3. Fighting social exclusion and poverty: investing in LLL, the key to economic and social recovery?
4. Mobility for all: removing the barriers, creating opportunities
