eucen's logo or eucen's projects logos can only be used if permission is specifically granted by the Executive Secretary of eucen via office@eucen.eu. To seek for permission, always must be sent a description of the materials and/or location where the logo(s) will be placed. Only when confirmation of use is received the logo(s) can be used.

EUCEN is committed to user privacy. As a not-for-profit organisation registered in Belgium, we respect the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of personal data and the European legislation on the subject therefore you have the right to access your personal data and, if necessary, to rectify them.
As a general member of the public, you can register to our web site and unsubscribe when you want. You can also participate to discussion fora. Follow the instructions posted on our website. If you want to modify or check your personal data (e.g. e-mail address) please send an e-mail to office@eucen.eu. You have the possibility to unsubscribe to our web site or request to be removed from our distribution lists at any time that you wish by requesting it in writing.
Privacy Policy
We keep in our database the details of all Member organizations and professional details of the main contact people in each of them. We also keep information for internal purpose about participation to EUCEN events. Non-members can subscribe to our web site and therefore we keep in our database e-mail addresses of subscribers for dissemination of information. The contact details will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose.
EUCEN will not divulge personal data for direct marketing purposes in any case.
EUCEN only keeps the data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing.
Adequate security measures have been taken to safeguard your information against possible misuse or unauthorized access as much as it is feasible.
Data subjects have the right to access and correct their data, provided they submit a written request addressed to the Centre.

EUCEN reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of eucen.eu after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
