The Committee meets a minimum of three times a year, at each EUCEN bi-annual European conferences and usually once or twice between each one. The functions of the Steering Committee are defined in the Statutes, The Committee has full powers to conduct the business of EUCEN subject to the competence of the General Assembly. The President is the legal representative of EUCEN and, if necessary, can take decisions and then report them to the appropriated body for ratification. Every full member of the Steering Committee shall have one vote.
