BeFlex. Benchmarking Flexibility in the Bologna Reforms.

This project aims to monitor the development of university lifelong learning in the reformed structure of higher education qualifications (the Bologna process), report to next meeting of the Bologna ministers in London in 2007 and promote ULLL as envisaged by their Bergen meeting in May 2005.
